Thank you for supporting Fellowship of Faith Church, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your generosity helps us fulfill our mission to serve our community spiritually, emotionally, and practically.

Because we are a nonprofit organization, and due to the nature of charitable giving, all donations and contributions are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can happen and are committed to working with donors and supporters in good faith.

 

1. Donations

All donations made to Fellowship of Faith Church are considered final and non-refundable. If a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction, incorrect amount), please contact us within 15 days of the transaction, and we will review your request.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method if approved. Fellowship of Faith Church reserves the right to decline refund requests if funds have already been allocated or disbursed.

2. Event Registrations & Ticket Sales

For events hosted by Fellowship of Faith Church (e.g., conferences, galas, fundraisers):

• Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event date.

• Requests made after this window or for no-show attendance are not eligible for refund.

• If the church cancels an event, full refunds will be issued to all registrants.

To request a refund for an event registration or ticket, email us at info@fofchurch.org with your name, event name, and proof of payment.

3. Merchandise or Resource Sales (if applicable)

If we offer any books, merchandise, or digital downloads:

• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

• Physical items may be refunded or exchanged if defective or damaged upon delivery. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.

• Return shipping may be required at the buyer's expense unless the item was defective.

 

4. Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please note that banking institutions may require additional time to reflect the transaction.
