Terms of Use & End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Fellowship of Faith Church mobile app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use this App.

This App is owned and operated by Fellowship of Faith Church, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. These terms apply to all users, including members, guests, and administrators.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • You may create an account using your name and email address.

  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You agree not to impersonate another person or use someone else's account.

4. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

We are a faith-based community. By using the App, you agree to:

  • Avoid posting content that is offensive, obscene, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Respect all users. No bullying, threats, or abuse will be tolerated.

  • Use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner that aligns with our mission.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. User-Generated Content

Users may submit comments or participate in forums or group discussions. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the App.

We do not actively monitor all content, but we do provide:

  • A mechanism for reporting objectionable content.

  • Content filtering tools.

  • A user blocking feature.

We review all reports within 24 hours and will remove offensive content or users as needed.

6. Privacy and Data

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the App (your name and email address).

  • Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

  • We do not track your activity for advertising purposes.

  • Users may request to delete their account and all data at any time from within the App or via https://fofchurch.org/account-deletion.

By using the App, you consent to this data policy.

7. Donations

All charitable donations initiated in the App are redirected to our official giving page at https://fofchurch.org/give. We do not process donations within the App itself.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials in the App—including text, graphics, logos, sermons, and media—are the property of Fellowship of Faith Church or used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written consent.

9. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App.

  • Use the App to promote unauthorized or commercial activities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of this Agreement, including abusive behavior or misuse of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of changes via the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
