Location

Faith Outreach Family Church is located at 3001 Wallace Ave. Terre Haute, IN in the area between South 25th St. and Fruitridge Ave. on the west and east, and Hulman Ave. and Margaret Ave. on the north and south.  The church can easily be accessed off of I-70 at Exit 7 or Exit 11.  Please see our "Driving Directions" page for more information about our location.
